The MSU Strength and Fitness Weekend 2024 will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, beginning at 8:00 AM CST at the Sanderson Center, Mississippi State, MS.
Competition Highlights
- The event will feature traditional powerlifting sports: squat, bench, and deadlift.
- Participants can also compete in a Sandbag over Bar challenge with a 60-second time limit.
- Awards will be presented for the strongest participants and the overall winner.
Schedule
- 8:00 AM - Weigh-in begins
- 9:00 AM - Strength portion begins (Squats)
- 10:00 AM - Sandbag competition
- 11:00 AM - Awards ceremony

Registration fees are set at $20.00 for single category events and $25.00 for full event participation.
