Napa Valley Turkey Chase

Event Details

The Napa Valley Turkey Chase is a fun family event! Race, jog, or walk this fast, paved course around Napa Valley College and the Napa River Trail and work up your Thanksgiving appetite! The start & finish line are located in lot J behind the Napa Valley College track, which is also the staging area for packet pick-up, day of race registration, booths, and toilets.

Important Notes:

• No parking in lot J.
• Course changes are in effect this year!

Course Description

The 10K course runs a counterclockwise loop through the college and then meets the Napa River Trail. Participants will go north to a turn around under the Imola bridge near mile 2. The route then goes south to Kennedy Park, makes a small counterclockwise loop near the skate park, and retraces the route back. It meets back with the 5K course by the baseball field and finishes in lot J.

The 5K course runs the same loop through the college and connects to the Napa River Trail. Participants will proceed south, turning at the baseball field heading back to lot J. Both courses have been measured but are not certified by USATF.
