This is a members-only run for NoFlo Trail Runners, and it is completely free for members.

Distances:

• 50K (2 loops)
• 25K (1 loop)

The event will feature self-serve aid stations approximately every 10 miles into each loop. We will limit the event to 75 participants to maintain a low-key atmosphere.

Course Overview:

The course includes single track mountain bike trails (60%), the Florida Trail (25%), and dirt road (15%). Expect a total elevation gain of approximately 350 ft per loop.

Weather and Essentials:

Weather can vary between the 30s and 70s, ideal for running. Simple snacks and water will be provided at the aid stations, but feel free to bring your own items.

Rules:

• Cut-off for starting the second loop is 4.5 hours.
• No cutting the course.
• If you sign up for a 50K and drop mid-race to the 25K, it will be a DNF.
