This event features a 2km ocean swim and the challenging run-swim-run '3 Points Challenge'. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy Sydney's beautiful northern beaches while testing your endurance.

Course Overview

The True Protein 3 Points Challenge includes:

• First leg: 300m swim out into the surf and back.
• Second leg: 1500m run south to South Curl Curl.
• Third leg: 300m swim at South Curl Curl.
• Fourth leg: 1000m run to Freshwater Beach.
• Fifth leg: 200m swim at Freshwater Beach.
• Final leg: 2.5km run back to North Curl Curl.
