About this Event
Welcome to our monthly group trail run! We will run or run/walk for approximately 4-5 miles on the Meadowlark Trail. This trail offers a scenic out and back route that can total up to 5 miles.
We usually run at an ~11-12 minute pace and walk intermittently. If you've wanted to try trail running and value community over competition, this is the perfect group run for you!
