The event lasts 1 hour.
We start with a short warm-up run (about 1 km) to optimally prepare for the upcoming exercises. Then, we offer targeted running drills and running exercises that help you refine your technique and further develop your personal running style.
Subsequently, we will do running intervals that cover a total distance of between 4 and 6 km depending on individual pace, giving you the opportunity to specifically improve your endurance and speed. At the end, we will stretch together for a relaxed conclusion.
You can securely stow your bags and valuables.
Participation in the event is at your own risk. General health is a prerequisite for participation. Liability on the part of the provider or the coach for personal injuries, property damage, and asset damage is excluded. No liability is assumed for items and valuables brought along.
Photos or video sequences of individuals or the group may be taken at the event. Booking the event includes consent to this procedure, as well as to the Coach or the brand using the images or videos for marketing purposes.
