About the Event

Get ready to lace up for the P&WC 5K, an event designed for all employees, whether you’ve been part of our 10-week run/walk clinic or not!

On November 9th at 8 AM, we’ll gather to celebrate fitness, teamwork, and community spirit. This 5K is a chance to challenge yourself, support your colleagues, and have fun while contributing to a great cause. We are partnering with Heart and Stroke Quebec, so your participation will help raise awareness and donations for life-saving initiatives.

Whether you're running or walking for the first time or aiming for a personal best, this event is for everyone. Let’s make it a race to remember!
