Pirate 5K & 10K at Medal of Honor Park, Mobile, AL (10-5-2024) RD1

The Pirate 5K & 10K at Medal of Honor Park in Mobile, Alabama is a US Road Running Club Race and part of the US Road Running Race Series. It is not required to be a club member to run with us. Club members receive 50% off club races and a US Road Running shirt. The race starts at 8:00 AM. Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. All runners must register on RunSignup. 5K & 10K Course: This course is an out and back. The 5K does the course three times. The 10K does the course six times. The 5K and 10K are limited to 2:00 hours. Awards: 1st Place Overall Male, 2nd Place Overall Male, 3rd Place Overall Male, 1st Place Overall Female, 2nd Place Overall Female, 3rd Place Overall Female. Age group awards are based on series points and awarded at the end of each calendar year. Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. No dogs on the course. Walkers are always welcome. All finishers will receive a themed medal. Pirate Booty is available at the race. Best Costume: It is not required to wear a costume, but we do encourage it. At the beginning of each race, we take a group photo. The best costume will be awarded at the beginning of the race.
