Red Knot Swim & Sprint is a weekend of swimming and running events:
- David Tozer Memorial 5K Trail Run
- Date: Sunday, January 19, 2025
- Location: Burka Coffee Estate, across the road from St. Constantine’s International School
- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Distance: 5K
- Price: $18.00
- Packet Pickup: Saturday, January 18, 6:00 PM at Schwari and Sunday, January 19, 8:00 AM at St. Constantine’s carpark.
Arushathon Competition
- Distance: 5K run followed by an 800 meter swim
- Start Time: First heat of the 800 meter swim begins at 10:00 AM
- Trophy: Awarded for the lowest combined time
- Price: $36.00 for 5K + 800m swim entry
All entries received before December 13 will receive a T-shirt. All finishers will get a bespoke finisher medal.
