About the Event
The Run Hard Running Team is an eight-week program for Elementary and Middle Schoolers that builds confidence in kids through character value and run training. During the season, students will meet twice a week for 1.5 hours focusing on endurance training and the Run Hard Core Values.
Helping kids build the foundation for success in life by teaching life values through the sport of running. We teach teamwork, wise choices, how to show positive peer pressure, honesty, respect, leadership, and perseverance while training everyone to finish a 5k!
