Welcome to RunBuds
A Women’s Beginner Running Program for budding runners.
Program Details
The RunBuds class of 2025 begins January 6, 2025, and runs until March 10, 2025. Groups will meet every Monday at 6:15 PM, concluding at 7:45 PM. Locations alternate weekly between Bull City Running Co. - South and Downtown Durham.
This true beginner program is open to adults of all ages and fitness levels. You will receive support on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over the 10-week period.
Over the past 13 years, more than 900 women have participated in this supportive and inspiring community, challenging themselves and achieving personal fitness goals.
