About the Event
Prior to picking up your packet at our She Runs Expo (10:00am - 6:00pm), join your community of women for our ShakeOut Run!
Event Schedule
- Meet at: 9:00am for stretching and connection
- Run: 3 miles
- Expo: 10:00am - 6:00pm
A water cooler will be available pre and post run/walk for you to fill water bottles.
A Better Ewe will be doing manual stretching before and after the run.
