Shelter for Help in Emergency 5K Run/Walk for Shelter

Join us in-person on race day, Saturday November 2nd, for our annual 5K Run/Walk for Shelter! Participants will receive a beanie/hat for participating in the event.

Race Day Event Details

When: Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 8am

Where: Charlottesville Downtown Mall

Registration: We encourage everyone to pre-register for this event. There are limited race day registration slots available. Race Day registration begins on the Downtown Mall at 7am.

Packet Pick-up: Friday, November 1, 8:30am - 6:00pm, Shelter for Help in Emergency Community Outreach Center located at 1415 Sachem Place, Unit 1, in Charlottesville.

Awards: Top 3 female/male overall and top 3 female/male masters. All runners are eligible for Grab Bag Prizes at the end of the event. Must be present to win.

Event Day results will be posted on our website and social media pages after the race concludes.
