Volunteer Opportunities for the 4th Annual Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler

The Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler relies on over 300 volunteers to make the race weekend a success. Volunteers play a vital role in various stages, from pre-race preparation to supporting runners at the finish line. Opportunities are available for individuals and groups.

All volunteers will receive a complimentary Mission Crew t-shirt. Hydration and Spirit Station volunteers will be contacted by their Team Captain. Volunteers interested in working multiple days can select "Add Another Shift or Volunteer" during registration.

Volunteer Shifts Available:

• Thursday, December 11th: Packet Pick Up Set Up (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
• Friday, December 12th: Volunteer Info & Check In (10:15 AM - 2:00 PM, 1:45 PM - 5:30 PM), Merchandise Sales Booth (10:15 AM - 2:00 PM, 1:45 PM - 5:30 PM, 5:15 PM - 8:30 PM), Runner Bib Hand-Out (10:15 AM - 2:00 PM, 1:45 PM - 5:30 PM, 5:15 PM - 8:30 PM)
• Saturday, December 13th (Race Day): Start Line (3:30 AM - 8:00 AM), Race Day Refreshment Tent (5:30 AM - 8:30 AM, 8:15 AM - 11:30 AM), Information Tent (5:30 AM - 8:30 AM, 8:15 AM - 11:30 AM), Tear Down (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM), Race Day Packet pick up (3:00 AM - 5:15 AM), Trash Collection (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM), Course Set Up (8:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM), Sector Boss (4:30 AM - 10:30 AM), Course Marshals (4:30 AM - 10:30 AM), Finish Line (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM), Parking (3:00 AM - 8:00 AM), Race Day Gear Check (3:30 AM - 11:00 AM)

Requirements: Vary by role but generally include age restrictions (16 or 18+), physical ability to stand/walk/lift, and good communication skills. Specific requirements are listed for each shift.

Location: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. Some shifts are at the Radisson at the Port.
