Event Overview

Superheroes don't always wear capes but when they do, they run and walk! Every participant is a superhero in their own way, from moms to frontline workers - we celebrate you with a fun run!

Event Timing:

• Timing is optional. Track your own times using apps like Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc. and submit your times electronically.
• No timing chips are required for this stress-free run.

What You Receive:

• Running T-Shirt (mailed to your address within the US)
• Finisher's Medal (shipped after the run)
• Training Pack & Free Giveaways
• Online Results & Certificate of Completion (optional)

We prioritize your goals and fitness, providing all necessary support throughout the run.

Wave Times

Email us your desired wave time. Waves fill up on a first-come, first-serve basis:

• Wave A: 7:30 AM
• Wave B: 8:00 AM
• Wave C: 8:30 AM

For summer months (June-August), earlier wave times may be available based on temperature.

Virtual Run Option

Participate anytime and anywhere, submitting your results via email to receive your medal.
