About the Event
Annual --Trail Run and Putnam Plunge!
Location: Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN 38574 (36.11537 N, 85.18784 W)
Recreational 5K Run Start Time: 11:00 a.m. CST
Runners can choose to plunge right after the run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew at 12:00 noon CST.
Plunge Only (without run) starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only).
Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies & post race/plunge beanie included with the price of a ticket.
Please Note:
- Lake bottom is natural; shoes or water shoes are recommended.
- Outdoor changing station available onsite.
- Warm blanket and change of clothes advisable post plunge.
- Tents with small heaters onsite for warming up post plunge.
- EMS will be onsite.
Registration Opens:
- TRAPP 2025: November 29, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. CST
- Putnam Plunge Only: November 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. CST
