About the Event
The 5K and 2-Mile events both start at 8:30 AM.
Since 1997, the United Way 5K and 2 Mile Fun Walk has been a community favorite. This event brings several hundred participants annually to the Fairfield County Fairgrounds in Lancaster. It's a closed 5K course.
Cash prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers for the 5K. Our traveling Participation Trophy has become very popular with local businesses, awarded to the company with the largest number of participants (either walk or run) based on company size.
