Up and Running Events - Pollok Park 5k/10k

Join us this October for the Up and Running Events - Pollok Park 5k/10k, a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Pollok Park in Glasgow. This event is perfect for runners of all levels, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out.

Event Details

The event will take place on Sunday, 27th October 2024, with both the 5k and 10k races starting at 10:00 am. Participants will receive a finisher's medal and a goody bag, with prizes for the top finishers in each gender.

Course Information

The course is a 5k loop around Pollok Park, fully marked with km markers, arrows, and marshals to guide you along the way. Runners will need to keep track of their laps completed.

Facilities

We will provide chip timing, hydration stations, and first aid support throughout the event. There will also be a bag drop available for your belongings.

Getting There

We encourage participants to use public transport to reach the event, with the nearest train station being Pollokshaws West. Please consider walking or cycling if possible.
