Visalia PAL Resolution Run/Walk 5K

Event Details

The 9th Annual Visalia PAL RESOLUTION 5K Run is back and ready to bring in the new year of 2025 with a healthy run/walk. As before, we will have a Kids Fun Run prior to the 5K start at 9:45am. Those kids will receive a "fun run" medal for their participation. We will also continue to have the "Virtual Run" option for participants who cannot make it to the event.

Virtual Run Option

A "virtual race" can be run or walked from any location you choose. Participants can run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, gym, or track. You can complete your race at your own pace and time it yourself. In the Virtual race option, runners will receive their medal and t-shirt during the packet pick-up days.

Proceeds and Contributions

The proceeds raised will fund PAL kids attending the PAL HONOR CAMP and our boxing and bike repair programs. Police Officers will staff the week-long camp, allowing up to 60 students from grades 6th-12th to experience exciting outdoor activities.

Early Bird Special

First 100 entries will receive a new pair of "PAL" printed running socks, available in sizes Med or Large.

Packet Pickup

Tuesday, Dec 31th - 11 am- 1 pm
Packets can also be picked up on the race day, a few hours before the race starts on Jan 1st.

Registration

Registration will open at 8:00am on the day of the race at Garden / Main St.
