Western Yards Last One Standing Backyard Ultra

Description: We are thrilled to announce that Western Yards Last One Standing (LOS) is the official Connacht Backyard Ultra (BYU) event and part of the All-Ireland BYU Championship 2025.

Event Highlights:

• Elevation: A gentle 20 meters per loop.
• Novices welcome! This personal endurance challenge is perfect for first-timers and seasoned runners alike.

Course Description: The 6.7 km loop features picturesque landscapes, winding through lush fields, grassy paths along the Clarinbridge River, and the serene Kilcornan Woods.

Participants must complete a loop of 4.167 miles (6706 meters) every hour, with no predefined finish—only the last person standing wins!
