About the Event
Camp Details
Location: 8810 Swanson Blvd, Clive, IA 50325
Register for the 6 Day Running Camp for just $40.00!
Schedule:
- Monday, January 27th: 4-6 PM
- Tuesday, January 28th: 4-6 PM
- Wednesday, January 29th: 4-6 PM
- Thursday, January 30th: 4-6 PM
- Friday, January 31st: 4-6 PM
- Saturday, February 1st: 8-10 AM
What Students Will Experience:
- Proper warmup drills for running
- 20-30 minute run each day
- Mobility and flexibility training
- Runner-specific strength training for injury prevention
- Core strength and breathing techniques
- Running form and gear efficiency
- Nutrition planning & goal setting
All participants will receive a fun gear package with great running items for the upcoming season! Option to add a shirt for an additional $10 at checkout.
