11-13yrs up to 3km with 22 obstacles
8-10yrs up to 2km with 20 obstacles
4-7yrs up to 1km with 18 obstacles (some 3yr olds can participate..conditional)
Difficulty increases with age category
Kids can participate as a team or alone
One parent can shadow along but cannot help
Medal ONLY after crossing the finish line. No participation medals available.
