14th Hair of the Dog 5k, 1 Mile Walk and Leo Brady Plunge

The Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation (QRCF) presents the 14th Annual Hair of the Dog 5K and 1 Mile Walk on January 1, 2025. This exciting event will take place at the Bethany Beach Bandstand, Boardwalk, DE. Participants can register for the 5K run, 1 Mile walk, or the Leo Brady Ocean Plunge.

Event Details

Onsite registration will be available on December 31 from 1-5 PM and on New Year's Day from 8:30-9:30 AM for the run/walk. The 5K starts at 10 AM, followed by the 1 Mile Walk at approximately 10:05 AM. The Leo Brady Plunge will take place at noon.

Registration Fees

Registration fees vary based on the date and event type. Early registration for the 5K is $30, while the 1 Mile Walk is $25. Combo registrations and post-event wristbands are also available.

Awards and Amenities

Participants will have the chance to win awards in various categories, and all finishers will receive a long-sleeve tech tee. Join us for a post-event party featuring food and drinks!
