15th Annual Gainesville Turkey Trot 5K/10K/Half Marathon

Event Details

This is a fun event for the entire family. For those who might want to run a short distance to those who want to take a Thanksgiving morning stroll to the more serious runner that wants to run somewhat of a hilly course before chowing down on Thanksgiving Dinner. Very laid back but FUN!

Course details:

• 5K: Distance 5K, Price: $35.00 - $40.00 - $45.00
• 10K: Distance 10K, Price: $40.00 - $45.00 - $50.00
• Half Marathon: Distance 13.1 Miles, Price: $45.00 - $50.00 - $55.00

Each participant will receive a nice soft Garment-dyed hoodie. To receive the hoodie, sign up by NOVEMBER 17th. Digital timing will be provided this year with fast results posted immediately.

All races begin at 8:00 am at the Riverside Military Academy track area. Packet pickup will be on Wednesday from 12:00 - 5:00 and race morning starting at 7:00 am.

Please bring at least 3 canned goods to benefit WE CARE HALL with your registration!

The Half Marathon course is challenging with a few hills and self-serve aid stations. The 5K is an out-and-back loop, and the 10K repeats the 5K course.

Packet Pickup will be available on Wednesday, Nov. 27th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at Limestone Shirt Factory - 2480 Limestone Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501.

Strollers and dogs (if friendly) are allowed in this race!

Awards

Overall Male & Female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in 5K, 10K, & Half. All Half Marathon participants receive a Finisher's Medal.
