2025 Minute Man Race

Event Overview

The Westport Young Woman’s League will host its 46th annual Minute Man Race on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the famed Compo Beach. This beloved event attracts runners and walkers from the local area and beyond, taking place amidst the beautiful coastal scenery.

Race Details

Participants can choose between:

• 10K Run - Individual Registration
• 5K Run/Walk - Individual Registration
• Kids Fun Run - Individual Kid Registration

Schedule

• Pre-Race Registration:
• Performance Optimal Health, 508 Westport Avenue, Westport, CT
• Thursday, April 24th, 5-8pm
• Saturday, April 26th, 9am-1pm
• Day of Race Registration: Only at Compo Beach from 7-8am
• Race Day Activities:
• Adult warm-ups: 8:00 am at the Pavilion
• 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30 am
• 10K Run starts at 8:40 am
• Kids Fun Run starting immediately after the 5K

Parking and What to Wear

Parking is available at the Compo Beach lot or adjacent Soundview lot. Dress warmly as it may be chilly in the morning. The race will occur rain or shine.
