2025 MRTC Frank Horton Memorial Winter Off-Road Series

The MRTC Winter Off-Road Race Series is a collection of four races run each year during the months of January and February. The Memphis weather, as unpredictable as it is, could deliver a race where it's 70 degrees one day and cold, icy rain or snow the next. All trail runners are welcome to participate, regardless of the conditions.

2025 Race Dates:

• 3K - Jan 12 - Overton Park
• 5K - Jan 26 - Johnson Park, Collierville
• 8K - Feb 9 - Nesbit Park, Bartlett (aka Stanky Creek)
• 10K - Feb 23 - Shelby Farms

There will be no onsite registration, but you can register on race day using your own device. Registration fees may increase by $10 after the first race, and you can register online until January.

Awards will be given based on points accrued across the series, with separate awards for Overall and Age Group categories. Complete at least 3 of the 4 races to be eligible for an award.
