• 400 Meters - 400m
• 200 Meters - 200m
• Long Jump
• Shot Put
• Pentathlon
• Competitive Walking Strider Mile
• 50 Meter Dash
• Pole Vault

Entry Fees

• Strider Indoor Mile: $20
• Pentathlon: $30
• All other events: $5.00 each

Note: Registration prices increase by $5.00 after January 1st.

Awards

Awards will be presented for the Strider Indoor Mile, with the top 3 overall male and female, top masters male and female, and top finishers in age groups recognized. Special awards for the pentathlon and relay teams will also be available.

Schedule Overview

• 8:00 AM - Strider Indoor Mile
• 9:15 AM - 400M
• 9:45 AM - 200M
• 10:15 AM - 800M
• 10:30 AM - 50M Dash
• 10:45 AM - Distance Medley Relay

Participants will have from 8 AM to 11 AM to complete field events.

Concessions available on site including beverages.

Final instructions will be emailed to participants prior to the event.
