The 5th Annual Survivor Day 5K will take place on November 23, 2024, in person at 5 Wanamaker Municipal Complex, Island Heights, NJ 08732. This event is a way for families and friends to come together in unity to run or walk a 5K in memory of Christian Schenk and in support of all those mourning his loss.

Event Purpose

Survivor Day, designated by the U.S. Congress, allows those affected by suicide to unite for healing and support, particularly during a difficult time around the holidays. This year, we will also honor Anthony 'Butchie' Kurnel III, a respected member of the community.
