5th Annual UCRC Turkey Trot 5K

Event Information

Upshur County Recreation Complex, Inc. is proud to host the 5th Annual UCRC Turkey Trot 5K. The run will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024 and will start at 9:00 AM EST (check-in starts at 8:00 AM EST). The Turkey Trot 5K takes participants through the beautiful city of Buckhannon.

All proceeds from this fun run will go towards supporting the creation of a new recreation complex for all citizens of Upshur County. This event encourages participants of all fitness levels to join in: run, walk, bring friends, family, or even push a stroller!

Registration Details

Registration and check-in will begin at 8:00 AM at Jawbone Park, with races commencing at 9:00 AM. Pre-registration before November 15, 2024 is $30, and includes a commemorative race t-shirt. Registration on race day will be $35. Supplies of t-shirts may be limited on the day of the event.
