Delta Lake Triathlon

Welcome to Rome, NY and the scenic 720-acre Delta Lake State Park, produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region.

• Delta Double: 42 Miles
• Delta Double - AquaBike: 33 Miles
• RELAY TEAM - Sprint Tri: 14 Miles
• RELAY TEAM - Olympic Tri: 28 Miles

Participants will enjoy scenic views while competing through a series of well-marked courses designed for all levels of triathletes. Relay teams of 2 or 3 are welcome, and paratriathletes can also participate!

Participants can expect no cut-off times for any event, and all courses are beautifully set within the grounds of Delta Lake State Park.
