Race Distances by Age Group:
- 16-19 yr old + Relay: 300yd Swim, 8K (5.1 miles) Cycle, 3K (1.8 miles) Run
- 13-15 yr: 300yd Swim, 8K (5.1 miles) Cycle, 3K (1.8 miles) Run
- 11-12 yr: 200yd Swim, 5K Cycle, 2K Run
- 9-10 yr: 100yd Swim, 4K Cycle, 1K Run
- 7-8 yr: 50yd Swim, 3K Cycle, 1K Run
- 5-6 yr: 25yd Swim, 2K Cycle, 1K Run
Athlete Development:
Participants can attend optional training sessions under the guidance of E3's Certified Coach, Matthew Clancy. Training sessions will take place on:
- Saturday, May 25th from Noon - 1:30pm
- Tuesday, May 28th from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- Saturday, June 1st from Noon - 1:30pm
- Tuesday, June 4th from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
