Fireball Moonlight Classic 5K and Firecracker Kids Mile

The Fireball Moonlight Classic 5K is a summer tradition that continues in 2025 for the 41st year! Celebrate the 4th of July with a fast 5k on Neyland Drive!

• Little Firecracker Mile - 8:00 PM
• 5K Run - 9:00 PM

Entry Fees

• 5K Run: $25.00 through April 9, $30.00 April 10 to June 18, $35.00 late registration from June 19 to July 3.
• Kid's Mile: $10.00 through June 18, $15.00 June 19 to July 3.
• 5K Run VIRTUAL: $25.00
• Kid's Mile VIRTUAL: $10.00

Packet Pickup

Early pickup at Runner's Market/Hard Knox Pizza Bearden on July 1 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and race-day pickup at Brehm Animal Science Building on UT Ag campus from 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM.

Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 Overall, as well as in various age categories. Additional awards for Clydesdale and Athena categories apply.

Results

Results will be posted on RunSignup after the race.

Post Race Refreshments

Refreshments will be available in the event tent after the race.

Race Etiquette

Due to safety regulations, roller blades, strollers, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course. The 5K course will close after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
