The Freakin Freezin 5K takes place on January 25, 2025, at Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, FL. Kick off your running season with this fun event, perfect for runners of all levels. Sign up for the virtual option or join us in person!

Courses Available

• 5K: 5,000 meters (3.1 miles) - $35.00 to $40.00
• 5K-No Swag: 3.1 miles - $30.00 to $35.00
• Virtual 5K: 5,000 meters - $35.00

Awards

Awards will be given to the top three overall finishers, top three masters, grand masters, senior masters, and top three in each 5-year age group. Join us for the awards ceremony starting at 10 AM.

Registration Information

Regular registration ends on January 19, 2025. Late registration is available until January 24, and race day registration will be available for $40. Sign up early to guarantee your shirt size!
