Fresh Tracks 5k Snowshoe Walk & Race

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, February 23, 2025
• Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Location: 1900 Jameson Beach Rd, South Lake Tahoe, CA
• Registration Closes: February 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT

Schedule:

• Race Day Registration: 8:30 AM - 9:50 AM at Camp Richardson Resort Ice Cream Parlor.

Entry Fees:

• Early Pre-registration: $35 (until Feb. 20), total $39.68 including taxes and fees.
• Race Day (Feb. 25): $45 (cash only).
• Youth Track/Cross Country: $10 (no event swag).

Entry Covers: Swag, post-race refreshments, and day-use of groomed Camp Richardson trails.

Course Description: This is a machine groomed track through forested terrain and mountain meadows, mostly flat with some short, moderate climbs.

Awards: Unique awards will be given three deep in each age division.

Familiarization Walk: For those interested in trying snowshoeing without racing.

Demo Snowshoes: Limited availability (approx. 30 pair); please reserve in advance via phone or email.
