Frozen Yeti

Welcome to the Frozen Yeti, the first race of the Winter Wild Thangs Trail Series! This exciting event will take place on December 21, 2024, at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL. Participants can choose between two distances: a challenging 10 Miler and a fun 5 Miler, both designed to showcase the beautiful mountain scenery of the area.

Event Details

The race starts at 8:00 AM CT, and registration will close on December 18 at 11:59 PM CT. All runners will receive a t-shirt and a finisher award. Please note that this is a cupless race, so participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups or purchase one at checkout.

Course Information

The courses will feature stunning bluff views, creek crossings, and aid stations stocked with refreshments. This event is perfect for both new and experienced trail runners, providing a great opportunity to build endurance during the winter months.

Registration and Pricing

The race is capped at 400 runners, so be sure to secure your spot early! The registration fees are $78.27 for the 10 Miler and $66.69 for the 5 Miler, including taxes and fees. Discounts are available for loyal participants through the Race Club program.
