Event Details

Location: GE Park / Union Park Clubhouse, 1750 GE Road, Bloomington, IL, US 61704

This event is free and will not have t-shirts or awards. The course is a certified 5K route with a race clock at both the start and finish. Participants will wear race bibs and must register and sign a waiver.

COSTUMES ENCOURAGED! Celebrate Gene’s love for food, classic rock, and the Florida Gators by dressing up. A prize will be awarded for the best costume!

After the run, join us for a party celebration. Participants are invited to BYOB and bring a snack to share. Even if you didn’t know Gene, you are welcome to join this fun event for everyone.

Donations to World Central Kitchen are encouraged, supporting their mission to provide fresh meals in response to crises.

Course Information

The run will take place on Constitution Trail, which is open to the public. Familiarize yourself with the route as there will be no course markings or volunteers. The time limit for the course is one hour.
