Heels Up 5K 2025

Event Details

The Heels Up 5K is designed for all ages, featuring a Kids Fun Run and a 5K that participants can run or walk. 100% of the proceeds from this race will support programs that assist women and children survivors of sex trafficking.

Course Information

• 5K: Distance of 3.1 miles
• Kids Fun Run: Distance of 0.5 miles
• Sleep In Supporter: Not applicable

Registration Fees

5K Registration:

• $20 thru Sept 30
• $25 Oct 1 - Oct 31
• $30 Nov 1 - Jan 31
• $35 Feb 1 - Mar 21
• Race Day: $40

Kids Fun Run: $15 for ages 10 and under

Race Day Schedule

5K starts at 8:30 AM CDT, Kids Fun Run begins at 8:00 AM CDT.

Packet Pickup

March 20th 11 AM - 6 PM at Run Wild
March 21st 10 AM - 5:30 PM at Run Wild
March 22nd at race site before the event.
