HopeFest 5K

Event Details

HopeFest 5K takes place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 9 AM at Youngsville Sports Complex, 801 Savoy Rd., Youngsville, LA 70592.

Race Information

Experience a beautiful race that includes a 1 mile loop suitable for walkers, children, and strollers. All proceeds support special needs kids through the STM Options Program. If you're not a runner, come out to stroll for a good cause and enjoy the festivities.

Registration

Pre-registration cost is $30. The walk-up rate is $35. Pre-registration ends on March 13th, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Race t-shirts are guaranteed if registered by March 5, 2025.

After the Race

Stick around for the all-day Hopefest music festival featuring boiled crawfish, jambalaya, BBQ, fun jumps, face-painting, kids games, and much more!

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be held at Geaux Run on Friday, March 14th, from 2 PM to 6 PM. On race day, pickup starts at 7:30 AM at the Youngsville Sports Complex.

Awards

Award certificates will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in all age groups. Cash prizes for the overall male and female winners.

Age Groups

Participants can be in the following age groups: 9 & Under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over.

Race Timing

The race will be professionally chip-timed by Pelican Timing.

Charitable Donations

Charitable donations for special needs kids will be available at the race.
