The Hunt 1000 will lead you along backcountry trails, across high plains, through snow gum woodlands, and into towering native forests. Aim for a grand finish in Melbourne on Saturday, November 30th, 2024. This isn’t a race but a self-paced, self-guided adventure, where you choose your own start date and set your pace.

Each year, the route is refreshed to create a unique adventure through Australia’s high country. You’ll experience the raw beauty and unpredictable weather of the high country, making the journey as demanding as it is unforgettable.
