I'm Be-Liver Laken Strong 5k with COTA

Join the Dawdy Family for the "I'm a Be-Liver Laken Strong 5k with COTA" on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Quail Creek Fire Department!

One-year old Laken Dawdy has been blessed with another chance at life as a recipient of a liver transplant, and the community is rallying to raise funds for the Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA), which helps families who are facing life-saving transplants by providing fundraising assistance and family support.

Profits from the race all go to COTA in honor of Laken Strong to help with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses, and COTA's services are provided free of charge. All 5k participants will receive a shirt, and there is also a fun run for kids 10 years and younger for $15, who will also receive a shirt! Shirts are only guaranteed for those who register before Tuesday, December 31, 2024, so don't delay in signing up.
