Late Fall 2024 Advanced Youth Run - Apex

Late Fall 2024 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

This 8-week class meets once per week and is designed for kids aged 10-15 years old who can run 2 miles non-stop. The goal is to have fun, get healthy, and improve running speed and overall conditioning.

Program Details

The class will be capped at 30 registrants. The cost is $75, which includes 8 weeks of coached workouts, a training plan, a 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company, educational information from The Running PTs, and a training shirt.

If financial assistance is needed, please reach out as there is a donation program available.

Coaching and Schedule

Coach Mary Petersen will lead the class. Program dates are from October 22, 2024, to December 10, 2024, with classes held on Tuesdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. Note that during Thanksgiving week, the class will meet on Monday, November 25.
