Come and join us on the fastest and safest triathlon course in CT for the seventeenth edition of the Mini of Fairfield County Seaside Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon. This sprint-distance race is set at beautiful Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT. The course is flat and closed to traffic, making it an ideal start race for your 2025 triathlon season.

Course Details

The swim will be one loop in the Sound from the sandy shore of Seaside Park. The bike consists of 2 loops of 5 miles each, very flat and closed to all traffic. The run is one flat loop of 3.1 miles. The course is very family-friendly, with great food, Age Group awards, and finishers medals. Relay teams are available and encouraged!

Schedule of Events

• June 7: Packet pickup from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Mini of Fairfield County, 154 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820
• June 8:
• 5:30 - 6:30 am: Race day registration and packet pickup
• 6:30 am: Transition closes
• 6:45 am: Race Director and USAT official race announcement
• 7:00 am: Races start (duathlon and first wave of swimmers)
• 8:00 am: Breakfast on the beach
• 9:30 am: Awards ceremony
