Location: Saint Catherine of Siena Parking Lot, 10 N Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046

The inaugural Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department "Fired Up for the 4th 5K Run” will be held June 29th! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this 5K is the perfect way to kick off the 4th of July festivities.

• Runners, runners with strollers, walkers, and kids are all welcome.
• Discounted entry fees for fire, police, and EMS entrants.
• Awards will be given to the fastest male and female firefighters, police, EMS, and runners overall, as well as to age group winners.

Proceeds from the event will help the Mountain Lakes Fire Department better protect the Mountain Lakes community and its firefighters.

• MLVFD Fired Up for the 4th 5K for Non-Public Safety Runners and Walkers: 5K - $35.00
• MLVFD Fired Up for the 4th 5K for Public Safety (Fire, Police, and EMS): 5K - $30.00

Start Time: 9:00 am, at West Shore Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ. Please allow extra time for parking.

Limited parking available at St. Catherine of Siena Church; alternative parking options available. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON EAST SHORE ROAD, NORTH CRANE, OR CRANE, as these are part of the 5K course route.
