Moosehorn Ghost Run Half-Marathon and Relay

Event Overview

The Moosehorn Ghost Run offers runners a unique experience through the Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge, featuring abundant wildlife including deer, moose, bears, and various bird species. Whether you go solo or form a relay team, this event promises an unforgettable adventure.

Course Details

The half-marathon course is 13.1 miles long, with paths free of vehicle traffic and scenic views. Enjoy rolling terrains and the chance to spot wildlife along the way.

Registration

Registration opens on August 1, 2025, at 7:00 AM. Early bird pricing is available until September 1, 2025, with capped participation at 125 runners for fair competition.

Awards

Awards will be distributed for various categories including overall, age group, and themed awards such as best costume.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM - Packet pickup
• 8:00 AM - Early start for runners and relay teams
• 9:00 AM - Race start
• 11:30 AM - Course closes
