[mo]re than a run x Friday Run Club

This event is more than just a run; It’s a powerful initiative to shed light on men's health issues, a chance to come together as a community, and an opportunity to understand how we can best support the men in our lives who may be struggling.

• Location: Barton Milk Bar, Hawthorn, VIC
• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• Run/Walk Distance: 7 km run or 5 km walk
• Meditation: Followed by a meditation session at 6:45 AM
• Coffee & Panel: Enjoy coffee and a discussion panel at 7:00 AM
