New River Splash Triathlon, Duathlon & 5k

Event Details

The New River Splash Triathlon, Duathlon & 5k promises an exhilarating experience amidst the scenery of a military town. Sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the event includes various courses for all levels. If you're not a USAT member, you can easily opt for a one-day pass during registration.

Course Distances

• Triathlon: 400 m swim // 17.5 mile bike // 5k run
• Duathlon: 1 mile run // 17.5 mile bike // 5k run
• 5k Run: 3.1 miles

Event Timeline

• 6:00 am - Packet Pickup opens
• 6:00 am - Transition Area Opens
• 7:00 am - ALL BIKES MUST BE IN THE TRANSITION AREA
• 7:10 am - Pre-race meeting
• 7:30 am - Triathlon start (staggered start)
• 7:35 am - Duathlon start
• 7:55 am - 5k start

Additional Information

T-shirts are not included in the registration; select one during the registration process if desired. All participants receive a finisher medal!
