No Frills Marathon Information

The No Frills Marathon™ & Half-Marathon focuses on giving runners a great race experience without the frills. The marathon is ideal for both those attempting their first marathon and seasoned runners looking to improve their times.

• Marathon Distance: 26.2 Miles
• Half Marathon Distance: 13.1 Miles
• 5K Distance: 5K
• Marathon Relay: 2 member teams (26.2 Miles), 3 to 5 members (26.2 Miles)

This year's beneficiary partner is the Lakeland High School girls sports programs.

Event Schedule

• Marathon Start Time: 7:00 am
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:30 am
• 5K Start Time: 8:00 am

Registration and packet pickup are available on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31, at the American Legion in downtown Minocqua.

Helpful Notes

Special early start requests are accommodated with arrangements prior to the event. Please bring a headlamp if you start early, as parts of the trail may be dark.
