About the Championship

The championship consists of seven races catering to various age groups, welcoming competitors aged 4 to 100 years. The 2025 courses maintain a variety in surfaces and elevations, designed for exciting viewing for spectators.

Race Categories

• Race One (10km): Open Women and Men
• Race Two (8km): Under 20 Men, Masters Men (ages 30-69)
• Race Three (6km): Under 17/18 Boys, Under 20 Women, Masters Women (ages 30-70+)
• Race Four (4km): Under 17/18 Girls, Under 15/16 Girls and Boys
• Race Five (3km): Under 12 Girls and Boys, Under 13/14 Girls and Boys
• Race Six (2km): Under 11 Girls and Boys
• Race Seven (1km): Under 5/6, 7/8 and 9/10 Girls and Boys
• Race Eight (6km Relay): Teams of 3 Members with at least 1 Woman
