• 10K Runner: 7:20 AM, Lineup at 7:15 AM
• 5K Runners/Walkers: 7:30 AM, Lineup at 7:25 AM
• Untimed 5K Walk: 7:35 AM, Lineup at 7:30 AM
• Kiddie Dash: 8:30 AM or after completion of 5K race, Lineup at 8:15 AM

Registration:

Registration is open now! Pre-registration is strongly recommended to guarantee shirt sizing. Race day registration will also be available from 6:00-6:30 AM at Deer Grove Forest Preserve.

Awards:

Age-based awards for male and female participants in several age categories, plus overall places for age 10 and under. Kiddie Dash participants will receive medals.

Additional Information:

Water stations will be available along the course, and light food and drinks will be provided at the finish line. The event promotes a healthy lifestyle, and healthy food will be available post-race.
