Outpace Cancer is a 10K/5K Race & 1-Mile Walk in Oklahoma City, hosted by Stephenson Cancer Center, to raise money for cancer research and to provide support for cancer patients and their families. The event takes place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Stephenson Cancer Center.
